Jack C. Morgan, M.D.

Dr. Morgan completed his medical education at Tulane University in 1971. While in medical school, he also obtained a Master’s Degree in Physiology. He then trained in the Department of Psychiatry and Neurology at Tulane. He has worked as the Medical Director of numerous places, including Methadone Clinics for the City of New Orleans, Alcohol and Drug Services of the Memphis Veterans Affairs Hospital, Psychiatric Services for Mid-South Hospital, and Psychiatric Services of Eastwood Hospital. He has served as the Chairman of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Council and served on the Board of the Alzheimer’s Association of the Mid South. He has worked in private practice for many years.
